Ginger root is a strong taste so we tone it down a bit by making a ginger syrup for this lemonade recipe. The ginger root, water and syrup are boiled together then strained. Once cooled, the syrup is then poured into glasses, topped with fresh strawberry puree, lemonade and club soda. Strawberry Ginger Lemonade is a very easy recipe that is great for anyone! Since it is non-alcoholic, even kids can enjoy a big glass.
