This amazing signature mocktail looks fancy, tastes fancy and doesn’t need any alcohol to make it irresistible!
We love a good mocktail. We especially like those that are very easy to make but also taste incredible. It doesn’t hurt if the mocktail looks extra fancy too.
There is just something about holing a drink in a martini glass that feels special. We kept all of these things in mind when we were crafting our signature Virgin in the City mocktail drink.
Our signature Virgin in the City drink
This mocktail is inspired by the show Sex in the City. However, we wanted to make a version that was just as lavish as the show, just as fun, but a little bit more tame. We decided to go with a cranberry, orange, lemon and lime mix that is fruity but has a little bit of a kick to it as well.
The bright pink color is also reminiscent of the pink cosmopolitans that are featured in the show episode after episode.
We chose to rim our Virgin in the City Mocktail with raw sugar. Raw sugar is also often called turbinado sugar. It has larger crystals and also a slight smoky caramel taste.
It goes perfectly with our fruity drink, adding a little sweetness and a hint of smoke to the drink. It also looks very pretty on the edge of a martini glass.

«Virgin in The City» Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients
4 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce orange juice
½ ounce lime juice
½ ounce lemon juice
Raw sugar
2 lime wedges
Directions
- Add the cranberry juice, orange juice, lemon and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice, cover and shake for about 15 seconds.
- Run a lime wedges around the rim of two martini glasses then dip into the raw sugar.
- Strain the mix into the two glasses, garnish with the lime wedges and then enjoy while cold.
Tips and Tricks
- • Use all lime juice rather than lemon for a more powerful flavor.
• Rim the glass in brown sugar to give the drink a richer, molasses taste - Tools:
