Our delicious protein power shake recipe starts off with vanilla protein powder. You can choose to use your favorite protein powder- we know there are a lot out there! We like to use vanilla flavor as it compliments the peanut butter without being too overpowering. You can also use a chocolate protein powder for an even richer drink.

Frozen banana adds texture and also flavor to the drink. Of course, it doesn’t hurt that bananas are full of healthy vitamins and minerals- you get those in the glass too! Be sure your banana is nice and ripe so that the shake is naturally sweet.

Peanut butter powder is the next ingredient on the list and where this shake gets most of it’s flavor. Peanut butter powder is much more concentrated than regular peanut butter and will give you a nice, strong, nutty taste. It also blends into the shake well, dissolving instantly. No clumpy, stick peanut butter left on the side of the blender here! Just a smooth, tasty protein shake.

All of the delicious, protein packed ingredients are piled into the blender and pureed until smooth. The result is a shake that you won’t be able to resist. It is tasty, healthy and easy. What more could you need?!

Peanut Butter Power Shake – healthy, powerful protein shake!


  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • ¼ cup peanut butter powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup ice


  • Place all of the ingredients into a blender and puree until very smooth.
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.

Tips and Tricks

  • • If you do not have peanut butter powder, use ½ cup plain peanut butter in it’s place.
    • Any kind of milk will work well in place of almond milk

    • Measuring Cup
    • Teaspoon
    • Blender
    • Two large glasses
