Harry Potter butterbeer is a fantastic wizard drink, served in mugs, warm and foamy.
Ingredients
4 cups cold cream soda
¼ tsp caramel extract
¼ tsp butter extract
1 cup whipped cream
¼ cup butterscotch
Directions
- In a large pitcher, mix together the cream soda, caramel extract and butter extract. Mix gently so the carbonation in the soda isn’t completely lost.
- Pour the soda into 4 glasses then top each with ¼ cup whipped cream.
- Drizzle the butterscotch over the top of the whipped cream then serve the drinks cold.

- • Butter beer is best when made right before you’d like to enjoy it or the carbonation in the soda may dissipate.
