When we first heard about kung fu tea, we were a little confused. Isn\u2019t Kung Fu a type of martial arts? How do you make tea while karate chopping the air? It definitely sounded intriguing so we had to find out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kung Fu tea is also known as Gongfu Cha. This is a traditional Chinese term that refers to brewing tea with discipline, patience and skill. Gongfu Cha tea making requires tea to be made with the highest quality tea, pure filtered water and to be made in a small porcelain or clay teapot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The practice of Gongfu Cha is all about the art of tea making and the gravity that it has on Chinese culture. Kung Fu, the martial arts, has similar focus and mindfulness which is what they carry the same name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The main ingredient in Kung Fu Tea is tea! Depending on where you go to get your kung fu tea, the ingredients will vary. Many people use tapioca pearls in kung fu tea or make kung fu milk tea.
