I recently got hooked on Starbucks Frappuccinos. That cold, creamy, coffee taste is just irresistible. I was at my local coffee shop buying at least one frappuccino a day. Yes, they were incredible but my wallet started hurting. Frappuccinos are not cheap!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>What is a Frappe Coffee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Let\u2019s rewind for a second and talk about what a coffee frappe is. A frappe is a cold coffee drink made with coffee, water, ice and sugar. The mix is blended together until creamy and smooth. It is almost like a coffee milkshake<\/a> or a coffee smoothie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Frappes are often topped with whipped cream or foamed milk to make them look more like a cappuccino or latte<\/a>. While these toppings are super tasty, the blender gives the drink enough frothy consistency making it creamy enough on it\u2019s own!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Head down to your local Starbucks<\/a> and order a caramel Frappuccino and then enjoy! Just kidding. It is way easier and cheaper to make your own coffee frappe right at home!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I spent hours googling how to make a frappe with instant coffee and how to make a coffee frappe at home and this is what I came up with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before I had a Mr. Coffee Frappe Maker, I would add coffee, ice, sugar, and a little milk to a blender and blend everything together until it was creamy and thick. This is a very easy way to make a frappe and all you need is a blender. You likely have all the equipment necessary to make your own frappe already! Of course, there is an even easier way\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
