Fresh watermelon is key to this recipe. Try to find a ripe, juicy watermelon that is ready to eat. One trick to picking out a ripe watermelon is to look for a yellow or brown patch on the outside skin. This shows that the watermelon sat on the vine for a long time, ripening and getting perfect. Therefore, a whole watermelon with a brown spot is actually a good thing! You can always buy a pre-cut watermelon to make your job even easier. Most grocery stores sell pre-cut watermelon, especially when the fruit is in season.

To make our non-alcoholic margarita, you simply need to blend all the ingredients together. That’s it! Pour the lime, agave watermelon juice into a glass and enjoy. Watermelon not only tastes fantastic but it is also hydrating, making it a tasty alternative to a boring cup of water. So blend up a big pitcher of watermelon margarita today, invite some friends over and enjoy it right away! This drink is definitely best when made fresh.
