Almond Butter Smoothie

We are big fans of almond butter. It has so much flavor and such a perfect creamy texture. It also doesn’t hurt that almonds are pretty healthy. They are full of beneficial fats and protein on top of being packed with vitamins and minerals. Almonds are totally amazing. That is why we had to make a drink that highlights almond butter and how great it really is.

“perfect creamy texture”

Adding almond butter to a smoothie gives the drink a thickness that can’t be matched. It makes the drink feel creamier in your mouth and also helps fill you up. After a few sips of this smoothie you will not only feel refreshed but also start feeling like you just ate a nice big breakfast. It’s a meal and a drink all in one!

Almond and blueberries go fantastically together. The rich almond butter is a natural fit with the bright, vibrant tasting blueberries. Add a little vanilla extract to the mix and you have another layer of wonderful flavor. Vanilla adds a natural sweetness to the smoothie and an earthy taste as well. The almond butter, blueberries and vanilla are like a match made in heaven.

Give this delicious smoothie a try for breakfast, lunch or just as an afternoon snack. It is healthy, flavorful and filling. All in all, a perfect drink! Enjoy.
