But with this recipe in hand, you will never have to buy an overpriced smoothie again, you can make it yourself for a lot less but still get the same, amazing tasting drink.

To make this smoothie all you need is a powerful blender and some fruit. Feel free to buy fresh cherries, remove the pits and then freeze them. If cherries aren’t in season where you live, simply buy a bag of frozen cherries from your grocery store. Frozen cherries typically have the pits already removed, saving you a little time in your drink prep!
We like to use coconut milk in this recipe as it gives the cherry smoothie a nice, sweet and tropical taste. However, feel free to use whatever kind of milk you’d like! They will all work great. Vanilla protein powder also adds a nice flavor but plain protein powder will work too. You can also skip the protein powder if you want a lighter version of the smoothie. It will still taste just as great!
