Bellini’s are a very popular alcoholic drink that are a signature of summer. But what if you don’t want the alcohol that is usually found in a bellini? What if you are just craving the fresh peach taste of a bellini but not the harsh alcohol that comes with it? We can help!

Our non alcoholic peach bellini’s mocktails are delicious and perfect for almost any occasion.

Making a Non Alcoholic Peach Bellini

Bellini’s are typically made with champagne. For our non alcoholic version, we chose to use bubbly sparkling apple cider instead. It has that same great carbonated taste but is actually even better thanks to the apple taste.

You can use sparkling grape juice in place of the cider as well. This will give you more of a classic bellini taste. However, we really love the flavor of the apple cider paired with the peach puree. Give both options a try to see which you like best!

Our non alcoholic peach bellini is delicious and perfect...

🍑 Ingredients in a Virgin Peach Bellini Mocktail

We use both fresh sliced peaches and peach juice to make our bellini recipe. The more peach, the better! Fresh peaches make the peach juice even more, well, peachy! And that is what bellini’s are all about.

Try using peach nectar in place of the peach puree. This may be easier to find in the grocery store if it’s not peach season. Peach nectar is typically made with sugar or corn syrup so your virgin peach bellini recipe may be a little sweeter. Nothing wrong with sweet peach!

    🥂 Gorgeous, Alcohol Free Bellini

A fresh bellini mocktail in a glass is a very pretty sight. Did you know that Bellini’s are actually named after a famous artist? The pretty peach color is reminiscent of paintings done by Giovanni Bellini. You can easily make your peach bellini mocktail into a work of art too!

A fresh raspberry and a mint leaf are the perfect garnish for these drinks. You can even blend a few raspberries into the juice if you’d like. A fresh peach slice on the side of a champagne flute will look gorgeous as well!

Making non alcoholic peach bellini has never been easier or tastier! You definitely need to give this yummy recipe a try.

Morning, noon or night, a virgin peach bellini is always a good idea.

I really like this. Before I had a blender, I was planning out recipes and I bought frozen peaches, peach juice, and sparkling cider. One night I wanted to drink the cider but it wasn't chilled, so I just plopped some frozen peaches into it and it was great. Then I got to eat slightly fizzy peaches.

Later I got a 16 oz personal blender. I halved the recipe and blended the peaches and peach juice and then poured the cider in a separate glass since a halved recipe is a bit more than 16 ounces.

I drink soda and juice together quite a bit and I do the juice second since it seems to be more dense, and it mixes itself fine enough. So I did that with this (I poured half of the peach mixture in). It worked okay but the peaches clumped together a bit.

Then I tried putting cider into the remaining peach mixture and pulsed it 3x and it exploded out of the top. 😬

I think I will chill the cider next time! And maybe do the pour-into-cup method and just stir it a bit.
