Most of the time, bellini’s are made with champagne. For our non alcoholic version, we chose to use bubbly sparkling apple cider instead. It has that same great carbonated taste but is actually even better thanks to the apple taste. Apples and peaches go together so well! You can also use sparkling grape juice if you’d like a more classic bellini taste but we strongly recommend giving the cider a try.

We use both fresh sliced peaches and peach juice to make our bellini recipe. The more peach, the better! Fresh peaches make the peach juice even more, well, peachy! And that is what bellini’s are all about. A fresh raspberry and a mint leaf are the perfect garnish for these drinks. You can even blend a few raspberries into the juice if you’d like. Making non alcoholic bellini’s has never been easier or tastier!

Enjoy a tasty, fresh bellini without the alcohol!

Ingredients

  • 2 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced

  • 2 cups peach juice

  • 2 cups sparkling apple cider

  • ½ cup fresh raspberries

  • Ice

  • Mint for garnish

Directions

  • Place the fresh peach slices and peach juice in a blender and puree until very smooth.
  • Add the sparkling apple cider to the blender and pulse once or twice to just combine the juice and cider. You don’t’ want to over mix or the cider will loose its effervescence.
  • Pour the peach bellini into glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a raspberry and mint leaf. Enjoy cold!

Tips and Tricks

  • – Freeze the peach slices before blending to make a slushy bellini.
    – Blueberries make a great garnish in place of raspberries as well.
