    Ingredients

    • 2 cups fresh, organic rose petals

    • 3 cups distilled water

    Directions

    • Wash the rose petals well.
    • Add the rose petals and distilled water to a pot and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
    • Once the water simmers, lower the heat to low and keep the water at a very slow simmer for 30 minutes.
    • Pour the simmered water through a fine mesh strainer. Discard the flower petals.
    • Chill the rose water in the fridge until cool then enjoy!

    • • Use unsprayed, natural roses when possible. Look for roses labeled as “food safe” or “chemical free”. Many roses are also labeled as organic which should be safe for eating as well.
