    1. Gives You Energy- Matcha green tea contains natural caffeine. Matcha has about half the caffeine as coffee but it provides longer lasting energy. While coffee will spike your energy levels then cause you to crash, matcha powder gives you a slower, steady increase of energy without the crash.     2. High in Antioxidants- Matcha, coconut water and ginger are all full of antioxidants which help improve overall health. Consuming antioxidants regularly can even help prevent chronic disease.

    1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree for about a minute.
    2. Strain the juice to remove any pulp.
    3. Enjoy!

    Pretty simple, right? We love slamming back a chilled green tea shot, getting a full dose of nutrition in one big sip. However, you can also serve the drink over ice and sip it throughout your morning. The way you drink your green tea ginger shots is totally up to you!

    Ingredients

    • ¾ cup coconut water

    • 2 tsp fresh pressed ginger

    • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder

    • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice

    • ⅛ tsp vanilla extract

    • 1 pinch Himalayian pink salt

    Directions

    • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until very smooth.
    • Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve, pressing the pulp into the strainer to really extract all the juice possible.
    • Discard any pulp.
    • Chill the juice until you are ready to enjoy!

    • • Add a tablespoon of honey to the mix for sweeter shots
      • Use lime juice in place of lemon for a zestier drink
